    I'm from Saudi Arabia and we don't really say "titqaas" nor "tit2aas". People in the Gulf countries say "toqas" and as in your example I would say "كل البلدان تقاس بالكيلومتر إلا قطر... " تقاس...

    All countries are measured in kilometers except Qatar... it can be measured with a hand span.
