    "of God"

Is של אלוהים the correct translation of "of God"? If not, what is the most common translation please?

Context Example : "a child of God" or "he is of God"

Your help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

That's the best option or translation, though there are many other names for God in the Bible and in colquial.

"Child of God" I'd translate to בן האלהים

בן אלוהים refers to Jesus, ie. the son of god. Child of God is more general, the meaning is more like "a religious child".

ילד האלהים would be a better translation (ילד, child). בן means 'son'.
