    wire wrapping

I'd like to know how to say "wire-wrapping" in spanish. Here is a definition of wire-wrapped jewelry.
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wire_wrapped_jewelry

The sentence I want to translate is: I would like to take a class in wire-wrapping.
(a technique used in making necklaces and bracelets).
Here is an image of a ring make using this technique. Hope it helps explain better than the definition! http://www.zacoo.com/blog/tag/wire-wrapping-technique/

Perhaps "enrollado de alambre". I don't know if it's understood.

I think that we should wait for a specialist, for your suggestion wouldn't be understood by the general public around here (I wouldn't). In the meantime, I think of "alambres enlazados/entrelazados".

(Not so sure I translated that sentence above correctly--hope you understood---corregime, por favor)
