    of choice

Is there an expression in Greek that equates to "of choice"? I want to say the employer of choice, meaning the most popular, the one in most demand..
i.e. - Αλλά η ελκυστικότητα του δημόσιου τομέα as the employer of choice για τους Έλληνες έχει τις ρίζες της στο απόηχο της χούντας.

Εργοδότης επιλογής is quite established as a term these days, I think. In which case "as the employer of choice" could be translated as "ως ο εργοδότης επιλογής ".

I don't think that this works here although it is the literal translation. I would go with something like
Αλλά η ελκυστικότητα του δημόσιου τομέα ως ο εργοδότης που προτιμούν οι περισσότεροι Έλληνες, έχει τις ρίζες της στον απόηχο της χούντας.
