I am not sure if I typed that phrase correctly, but a Mexican recently said it to me, and my friend told me her boyfriend from Honduras used the same structure. I am very familiar with vos (if you know vosotros, it is not hard at all to determine the vos-counterpart [and of course the difference in usage]), but the Hondureño said it was a usage of voseo. I would assume for ver, the form would be vos ves. The Mexican said to me that he was using it (lo vistes) in the present tense (I had asked him about it, thinking he was saying ¿lo viste? in the past). Sorry if this was brought up before, but I tried to search it up online and in the forum to no prevail.
