" Si l’inscription de l’étudiant est facturable, sélectionner la case « étudiant payant ».
I put it this way :

" If the registration of the student is chargeable, select the box « Student paying ».

    I would appreciate your assistance

    I would write "paying student".

Along the same lines, if on a plane some food is "free", and some requires passengers to pay, say Tray XYZ (plateau payant in French), how could I put that? I don't like "paying tray" nor "charged tray" very much.

    Thank you
