    Así súper rápido y sin nada de contexto...

    único = unique
    solo = alone (male)
    solamente = only

    Gracias, pero he visto "la unica" y "sola" usado semejantemente.

    Para aclarar tu duda, será mejor que nos brindes ejemplos concretos.

    el único / la única = the only one (the unique ___)
    La única cosa que me interesa es gramática.
    The only thing that interests me is grammar.

    solo / sola = single, alone
    El hombre está solo.
    The man is alone.

    sólo = solamente = only
    Solamente tengo otra cosa decirte.
    I only have another thing to tell you.

    Queremos quedarnos sólo aquí.
    We only want to stay here.

    I hope this helps... there are many more ways to define these words but this is a basic idea. I'm sure a native speaker will correct me or add better examples.

    They have given to you great explanations.

    A little correction:

    "respuesténme" is not correct.

    The correct word is "respóndanme"

    Please correct me.
