    There is a phrase: "Не зная падежов не говори глупостев".
    It came from a collection of funny and sarcastic guidelines for writing scientific articles in Russian. Each line in that collection violates one stylistic or grammatical rule in a funny way, so that the reader can see how ridiculous it could look in a text.     So, people may use "не говори глупостев" intentionally to sound funny.
