Hi, I need to confirm if this sentence is correct:

إلى أبد الآبدين سوف تبقى في قلبي

Thank you for your help :)

If it's for a tattoo, it seems a rather long sentence.

I agree. Is your tattoo addressing a man or a woman? It makes a difference in Arabic.

It addresses a man, my father, but not a big long, just what it means.

Can anyone tell me what is wrong and how to fix it please? :)

As a member mentioned before, threatening to deform your body with a permanent tattoo rather puts us off trying to help you - but I shall strive here to save you that pain just to find you've translated the sentence wrong:
You will be forever in my heart
    ستكون دائما في قلبي

I think ستبقى (you'll remain) is better than ستكون. But I agree with the rest of your translation.
    ستبقى دائمًا في قلبي
    You can also say
    ستبقى في قلبي للأبد
