I want to translate this sentence (الحمد لله على السلامة)
    How can I say it?

Literally, it would be "thank God for your safety"; I don't believe there is a similar saying in English, up to my knowledge they just say welcome back or welcome home.

That is, if it's used in the context of someone returning home from a trip.

It could also be used if someone has recovered from illness. In that case, you could say something like "I'm glad you're better now."

Or "thank God you're safe", if it were an accident or crime perhaps.
