How one can say that in English?

    Something to the effect of:

Your shortsightedness and helplessness (inability to be helped) become certain to us every day. You do not listen to the voice of reason, nor do you take the opinions of others even when yours is wrong.

Day after day we still see your shortsightedness and incompetence. You refuse to acknowledge the voice of reason, nor do you seek anyone else's views apart from your own misguided ones.

Hmm... looking closer, the word causing an issue here is probably 'refuse'. Try thinking of this:
'You do not [1], nor do you [2]'
I can't explain why it works the way it does, but I am fairly sure that we can also construct our sentence this way:
'You refuse to [1], nor do you do [2]'.
Perhaps the experts on the English forum can give you more insight.
