قل إننا نعتز به

    السلام عليكم
I need some help to translate (as literally as possible) the following two sentences:
و لكن قبل أن ترحل دعني أريك شيئاً واحداً..قل إننا نعتز به..
هذا الذي أحب أن أريكه..قل إنه متحف نصر أن يراه زوارنا
The point is that I've found a translation of this story where it says (as far as the first sentence is concerned) something like "let me show you one thing, something which only seldom we are proud of". I would like to know where is the word "seldom" in the arabic text, because honestly I don't see it.
And for the second sentence it says "this thing that I would like you to see is less than a museum, but is the only thing which we insist that our visitors should see". Again...where is the word "less"? For me this is not really an accurate translation, am I right?

I think it is a mistranslation of قل in both sentences. I read it as "let's say", but the translator has chosen "seldom" and "less" for this word.

I was imagining, I wanted in any case to be sure about it. Thank you!
