    Hello,

I would like to know the meaning of the following words : مسبلة and موقوفة.

I found this passage, but I find it difficult to understand :

How would you translate this passage?

    Thank you.

    Hello Ibn Nacer,

Musbala, though has different definitions, is defined here as a public cemetery "(a land) where people usually bury their dead and hasn't been owned before".
Mawquufa, from waqf, means a non-profit cemetery "which has been endowed as a form of public/charitable trust by the owner of the land".
