    Hello, bonjour,

Could someone translate the phrase for me (english or french):

oualan tartha alaika elyahoud oua nassara hata tatb3a melatahom,

I think it is about jews and christians, but I cannot tell more, could be a north african dialect.

It is not a North African dialect; it is from the Qur'an. It is the first part of verse 120 in سورة البقرة (Al-Baqara, the second sura in the Qur'an).

The version you saw (here, I bet) is not accurate.

    It is actually "wa-lan tarDa 3anka 'l-yahuudu wala 'n-naSaara 7atta tattabi3a millatahum."

    In Arabic, وَلَن تَرْضَى عَنكَ الْيَهُودُ وَلاَ النَّصَارَى حَتَّى تَتَّبِعَ مِلَّتَهُمْ
    (See the highlighted verse here.)

You can find three translations into English here (scroll down to 001.120 all the way at the bottom).

Here is a translation into French.
