I'm having a little trouble translating this long sentence. Here's what I've come up with for the translation:

"Besides, Fate-chan, I will even continue to hold in my pee, that way you'll learn that I'm not ashamed."

Is this a good translation? If not, could someone help me out? Thanks!

A bit more context would help... What happened to this Fate-chan? Did she pee in her pants maybe?

At first glance, I would read this as saying:

That Fate-chan always holds her pee a lot (before she goes to restroom),
    I have known from before.
It (=her peeing in her pants maybe? Something that's supposed to be embarrassing) is not embarrassing at all.

    Hope this helps...

Sorry for forgetting the context. No, Fate-chan didn't pee in her pants, but she did have a pee accident. Here's the page that the text is on (the text is in the last panel): https://omorashi.org/gallery/image/4283-34376248-p7/

I agree, I think it's something like, "Besides, I knew already that you always try to hold it in, so don't feel embarrassed about it"
