    Good day,

I am analysing some translations of manga, and there is a term I cannot find in the dictionary. To provide some context, it is in an author's note and he is talking about how much he likes the Shinsengumi (新撰組). He says 土方サイコー!

I know he is talking about Hijikata, a member of the Shinsengumi, but what is サイコ? It looks colloquial to me, hence why I can't find it.

    Thank you for your help!

"サイコー" is a casual form of "最高(さいこう)!"
So he is saying, "Hijikata is the best!"
