I recently bought a mold produced by Japanese company which came with some recipes. Because I have no idea what is written there I'm asking if somebody can tell me what are the ingredients and general directions :):

And as for this one I guess the ingredients are two types of chocolate (white and black) which you have to melt, put in the pastry bag, then in the mold and in refrigerator. I'm only curious if there is something more in the directions.

[edit]Why are the pictures so small? Are you able to read it?

    Japanese, English - US
    Baby castella sponge cake

    Ingredients to make around 9:

    Hotcake mix x 50g
    Egg yolk x 1
    Honey x 1 table spoon
    Milk x 2 table spoon

    • Place them all in a bowl (like in photo a). Mix until not powdery.
    • Pour 1 into the molds up to 80% of the mold (like in photo b). Bake in oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 min.
    • Once baked, cool them down on the cake cooler with the baked cakes still in the mold. Once cooled, take them out of the molds.
