A Chinese phrase is translated into English as "faded circumference" (a pair of trouses has faded circumference of 24 inches)? What does that mean? Here's the original in Chinese: 大褪围:24英寸

It's obviously a typo ,Arath. It should be 大腿 (thigh),not 大褪.大腿围 24英寸 is the exact circumference of your upper legs.
