It kind of depends on what exactly you put in this pattern.
ほど=(to the) extent (of)
Cの中で = among C
http://ejje.weblio.jp/sentence/content/の中で ほど gives some examples, such as
> There is no person as "rich" as (to the extent of) a person living "inmidst" Christ's blessing,
> "and most rich is he who is much with Jesus."
Or this one:
>Probably, among the emotions a human holds at birth, there is none so hard to supress as (to the extent of) vanity.
>There is, perhaps, not one of our natural passions so hard to subdue as vanity.
Separate names with a comma.
