1-afebrile convulsion

    Hola a todos!

    Podrían ayudarme pls. con el significado de este número "1" dentro de este contexto. El texto pertenece a un informe médico.

    "On 10-apr-2012, the patient was discharged from the hospital with a discharge diagnosis of 1-afebrile convulsion."

    No estoy segura pero me da la impresión de que es en el sentido de "un evento de convulsión afebril".

    I don't think it's 'afebrile convulsion', I've never heard that diagnosis. I assume this was a paediatric case, in which case it would be 'a febrile convulsion' (note the space). El equivaliente en espanol seria convulsion febril, lo cual se describe como un evento convulsivo en un nino, generalmente precipitado por un fiebre.
