Notre société va bientôt fêter ses 50 ans d'existence et je cherche une expression française pour traduire "50 years of excellence". Can anybody help me?

You would want to avoid the word "excellence" in this context in French. Something like "50 années de réussite / de performance" would sound better, although the translation loses some of its punch.

That's my problem, in French any translation I found lose of its punch!
