    I would like to know what if this options are correct, or wich one is better to use in a formal way.

    "A special" something o "an special" something?

    Since 'special' starts with a consonant, the correct option is 'A special'.
    There is no 'e' sound at the beginning of 'special' as there would be in Spanish.

    Debe ser "a special" y no "an special" ya que "special" no empieza por sonido vocálico, aunque algunos ;) se empeñen en pronunciarlo como si empezara con "e".
