    Bonjour/Hello,

I'd like to translate the following sentence into French:
"I went to the dentist for a checkup today"

Or is "bilan de santé" usually only used at the doctor's?

    Thanks/Merci d'avance !

You can say "pour un bilan dentaire". Nobody would say "un bilan de santé" for a dentist appointment.

    Hello baosheng,

I personally would say : examen dentaire.

    Bilan
wouldn't come to me spontaneously for a dental checkup.
