    Hi there,

I am stuck on what "O.S." might mean in the above phrase. I'm sure it must be something obvious...

It is in a Spanish Corporate Income tax return, and forms part of a list under the heading "Aplicación de Resultados" and the subheading "Aplicación". Simply, "A dotación O.S. (Cajas de ahorro)", along with "A reservas", "A dividendos", etc.

Organizaciones sociales?? Just guessing. "Application... To grants to O.S. (Savings account)"??

    Any help most appreciated!

    Cheers.

That could be it. Thanks CubaMania!

Glad I don't have to do tax in Spain. They don't make it easy!

O.S. is, certainly, "Obra Social". Every "Caja de ahorros" has this item in their Annual Report.
