a load of bollocks

    I don't really think this needs much context, but in my case the context is:

    'Okay, I know what I just said was a load of bollocks, but...'

    Mi intento:
    'Vale, sé que lo que acabo de decir fue una tontería, pero...'

    Sin embargo, no creo que 'tonterías' sea tan fuerte/grosero' como 'bollocks'.

    Alguien puede ayudarme? gracias!

    Cojonudo tiene matices positivos. Si buscas una palabra más fuerte yo usaría gilipollez.
