a medio asar / muy bien asada

    Cuando se habla de carne uno puede pedirla a medio asar o muy bien asada. Cómo puedo decir lo mismo en inglés?

    medio asar = medium rare
    muy bien asada = well done

    Waiter, I want my hamburger well done.
    Waiter, I want my steak medium rare.

    The gradations as I know them (leaving aside raw:)) are:

    blue (very rare): bloody!
    rare: bloody in the middle;
    medium rare: still bloody in the middle, but a bit more cooked
    medium: pink in the middle, brown elsewhere
    medium well done: brown with maybe a touch of pink
    well done: no pink whatsoever...

    Which reminds me: it's about time Mr Loob took me out for a meal....
