    Hola, ¿sabría alguien decirme cómo se traduciría "a merry heart goes all the way"? ¿podría ser algo así como: "un corazón alegre no tiene precio"?

    This sounds like part of a saying. I think it is incomplete.

    "a merry heart goes all the way" ... all the way to what?

    Well I think in this case "go all the way" is used as a slang, and i've found these options:

    to go all the way
    a. to do completely or wholeheartedly.
    b. to take a decisive action, esp. one from which no retreat is possible: Neither side wants to go all the way with nuclear warfare.
    c. to engage in sexual intercourse
