    Duda.

The Principal gives hereby a mandate to the Commission Agent, who accepts it, for the purpose of, the Commission Agent granting a Loan (hereinafter the Loan) to ---------, while acting on its own name but for the account and under the instructions and at the risk of the Principal, under the terms and conditions arising out of the Loan Agreement executed by the Borrower, a copy of which is attached hereto (Annex I).

    My suggestion:
The Principal hereby gives, and the Commission Agent accepts, a commisison so that the Commission Agent may make a Loan (hereinafter the Loan) to --------- , acting in his own name but for the account of and at the instruction and risk of the Principal,
