    Con el primero: couch potato
Deberías abre otro hilo con "person who reads a lot" en el título. (Y te contesto en el acto.)

This would not be understood in the US.

    I agree with "couch potato."

Note: "telly" is a British word; In the US it would be "TV addict"

How do you call a person who watches too much TV? Politely.
What do you call a person who watches too much TV? A couch potato.

Para decir "Cómo se llama xxx," en inglés decimos "What do you call xxx" o "What is xxx called." No se usa "how" en este contexto.
