How do I say "come to a rolling stop" in Spanish? The context is when someone is driving a car and they come to a stop sign and they slow down, but do not stop completely (like they're supposed to!).

    Hola,

    ¡Gracias!

It's difficult to tranlate a word that really doesn't make much sense. Either you are rolling or you stopped. If you did stop, obviously you were rolling beforehand.
Of course, the term is in common usage.
