¿Cómo se traduce esta frase al español?

"Sick" in this context means in bad taste, somewhat perverted or tactless perhaps, but it's not a vulgar expression.

    Gracias de antemano...........................

I think it really depends on the context, for example you could use:
una broma de mal gusto -> if you made a bad taste joke to somebody
un chiste verde -> this refers to a joke (little funny story you tell) when it has a sexual content, it is not necessarily negative but it can be used in a negative sense (perverted)
... and there are many more! Give us some context please :)

Creo que "sick" es pervertido, de mente retorcida. Es un poco más fuerte que "de mal gusto" (in poor taste, tasteless).

I've heard "chiste perverso" but don't really know if it corresponds with a "sick joke".
