I am trying to translate the phrase, "she wasn't about to leave it" but I know this is an anglicism and can't be directly translated to Spanish. Would "No fue se trata dejarlo" work? Or would "No fue se pasa salirlo" or "no fue casi dejarlo" work better? Or am I way off?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!
    Thank you so much!

¿Cómo suena '(Ella) no iba a dejarlo/dejar su trabajo'?
