abreviacion de ingeniero

    ¡Hola a todos!

    quisiera saber si "ingeniero" tiene una abrevación en inglés para aparecer junto al nombre de la persona en cuestión, como es en español "Ing".

    Se usa "Eng" de engineer??

    I have seen "Eng" used on school transcripts or in reference to a degree (B.Eng/M.Eng) but not next to a person's name. We usually do not add academic titles (titles related to the degrees they have earned) to people's names except in the case of an MD or PhD recipient, who is addressed as "Dr.".

    You're welcome. I see this often in documents I translate, and it is simply not translated in English.

    En ingles no se usa escribir el titulo junto al nombre, solo si tienes un doctorado o si eres un doctor (de medicina)
