The governors have deceived the town. They make-believe that the activities of the petroleum industry, electricity production and medical services are exclusive to the Mexico government, otherwise homeland loses sovereignty. These activities belong to the private sector and must be exercised essentially in an atmosphere of non-monopoly.

The governors have deceived the people. They make-believe that the activities of the petroleum(oil) industry, electricity production and medical services are exclusivef to the government, otherwise they believe the homeland loses sovereignty. These activities belong to the private sector and must be exercised essentially in an atmosphere of non-monopoly.

This is an old thread but just a possible correction, tell me if I'm wrong, but I think 'to make-believe' is more similar to 'fingir' and 'haciendole creer' is more like 'fooling them into believing'...incase anyone else reads this so as not to put them wrong...
