actos intervivos / retracto

    Hola !

    Alguien me puede explicar por favor que significan intervivo y retracto?

    Se trata de 1 apoderado que tiene que...
    - disponer de los bienes de los poderantes por cualquiera actos intervivos y onerosos, sea por compraventa, permuta, adjudicacion, retracto, fijando precios, pactos y condiciones, recibiendo los precios al contado, confesando o aplazando su recibo

    intervivos = Family Trust
    retracto = revoked ?

    What a coincidence to find your help again, as I was looking for "intervivos" and "family trust" makes sense. However, I would also like to know where you came upon the definition so I can cite an original source.
