Acuerdo transaccional

    Hola: Alguien podría decirme si "Acuerdo transaccional" puede traducirse como "Termination agreement"?

    Contexto: Póliza de seguros.

    Toda Pérdida expresada en moneda distinta a la establecida en las CONDICIONES ESPECIALES de esta Póliza será convertida y pagada en la moneda establecida en dicha sección de esta Póliza...... en el día en que adquiera firmeza final la sentencia, el laudo arbitral, se alcance el acuerdo transaccional..."

    I suggest "transaction agreement" for the bolded parted of your source (not "transactional", though that comes first to mind).

    I suppose the "se alcance" in context gives us "the day a final judgment is imposed, an arbitration decision made, or a transaction agreement reached," which to my ear sounds good.

    But I'm a little insecure about the Spanish, so await other suggestions.
