Hello, I would like to change this sentence into reported speech:
"Don´t be noisy and listen to your teacher", said his mother.
His mother told him not to be noisy and to listen to his teacher.
His mother told him not to be noisy and listen to his teacher.

I don´t know how to do it when there are two orders, one of them is negative and the other one is affirmative...
    Thank you!

La primera está bien, la segunda podría quedar ambigua.
    Otra posibilidad:
His mother told him to listen to his teacher and keep/be quiet.
Si realmente quieres un negativo, mejor ponerlo en segundo lugar:
His mother told him to listen to his teacher and not to be noisy/not make any noise.
