    I think we just call them "animal products." As in, "I don't eat animal products," and "This contains no animal products."

    That is also what I have heard and read. If you want to see an example, look at this quote:

    Vegans endeavor not to use or consume animal products of any kind.

    Both expressions would be correct. Another term is "plant (based) foods."
