    what does alla prossima mean?

    if someone tells you "alla prossima" when he's going to say goodbye, it means "see you next time"; whereas if it's at the beginning of a sentence, like for example, "alla prossima volta che mi fai questo ti picchio" is = "next time you do such a thing to me, I'll beat you"
