If Tenant has a decrease in income or increase in allowable deductions, and applies for a decrease in rent or change from a Flat Rent to an Income-based Rent, Tenant shall receive an appropriate adjustment according to the ACOP.

My reading of the definition of "allowable" in my dictionary suggests permisible.

Agree. "Permisible." If, after an audit or a tax court review, certain deductions are allowed and others disallowed, I would think "permitidas" would describe the allowed deductions.

    What do you think, Ricardo?
