Antecedentes morbidos

    How would Antecedentes morbidos translate in English? Would Medical History be appropriate or is there something more exact?

    In the text it is used as a heading for a section:

    Antecedentes Morbidos:
    El entrevistado niega enfermedades o adicciones.

    Concuerdo con Fsabroso y Guemes1984. Lo más común es "Past Medical History." Si buscas "History and Physical" en Google, vas a encontrar numerosos ejemplos de historias clínicas y vas a ver todas las partes de las mismas.
