any difference between Serbian (Yekavian) and Bosnian ?

    Hi. I would like to know. Is there any difference between Serbian (Yekavian) and Bosnian (Yekavian) ?

    Well, it's yes and no. Depends which differences you have in mind. If speakers of those two languages come from the same place, then there are none. Otherwise the differences are mostly dialectical. When it comes to standard languages, Bosnian incorporates some elements of Croatian, while in Serbian those would be incorrect. That would be in brief.

    I think all those are basically the same language. Bosnian, Serbian, Croatian, Montenegrin are in my opinion just dialects and could be mastered with not much effort. I'm native Slovenian and I learned Croatian when I was 7 just from watching Croatian TV and today i can communicate with all the people from the the space of EX-Yugoslavia(Macedonia and Kosovo are exceptions).
