    Muchas gracias Begoña.

Yo había pensado en "legal and equity arbitration".

I had a doubt about this term as well (and even opened up a thread a few minutes ago), but I've managed to find an answer elsewhere:

    arbitraje de derecho o equidad:
arbitration in accordance with the strict letter of the law or ex aequo et bono (in accordance to discretionary fair play rules)

    Hope this helps someone!

Se trata de dos tipos de arbitraje. Uno, que es de derecho y en el otro en donde no se cuidan tanto las formalidades legales, que se llama de equidad.

    Como dice Begoña:

    arbitration in law
    arbitration in equity

Yes, I would agree with Begoña, too, although you could also use the term 'legal arbitration' instead of arbitration in law. However to differentiate between the two, using 'arbitration in law' and 'arbitration in equity' is clearer.
