¿Cómo se denominan en inglés las partes (arrendador y arrendatario) en un contrato de arrendamiento?

    Agradezco cuanto puedan ayudarme. Gracias

If you are dealing with a dwelling or land, than I agree. You obviously can't use these terms for cars, for example.

    Hi Nico,
I would prefer to use the word "renter" for the one who is hiring the use of the car, and "owner" as the one who offers/gives a car for rent.
    Let's wait for more options.

    Regards,

    Mónica Benavides :)
