Does arresto mayor mean incarceration/prison sentence?
A la pena de: arresto mayor
arresto mayor means:
arrest for a period from one to six months
Thank you ninoska!
Arresto mayor was a type of penalty in the already repealed Spanish Criminal Code of 1973 and it no longer exists. T'was a penalty of incarceration, not properly an arrest, and it lasted from one month and one day to six months. It had three grades: minimum (1M-1d to 2m), medium (2M-1d to 4M) and maximum (4M-1d to 6M)
Separate names with a comma.
