As you may be aware

    How do you translate, "As you may be aware, we offer competitive salaries and a great benefits package." to Spanish?

    and...


    "We look forward to hearing from you." (Esperamos noticias suyas)??

    "Como ya debes saber, ofrecemos salarios competitivos y un importante conjunto de beneficios."

    Correct, but we usually say "Quedamos a la espera de su respuesta/sus noticias." I don't know why "sus noticias" sound a little strange to me.

    En México también se usa "Quedamos en espera de sus comentarios."

    I would say "Como Usted sabrá..." instead of "Como ya sabes" since the whole situation is very formal.

    And "Quedamos a la espera de sus noticias" as Nanel suggested.

    I would say: Como ya sabe, ofrecemos salarios competitivos y un excelente paquete de beneficios.

    We look forward to hearing from you = Esperamos noticias suyas

    Pequeña puntualización: "debe" implica obligación. "Debe de" sería la forma correcta, pues implica posibilidad.
