Hi there. I'd like to know which verb I need--demander, poser, or dire--when reading aloud a book that's got a spoken question in it. For example, the book says "Qui est là?" & I'd like to add "Asks the dog". Would "asks" be 'demande', 'pose', or 'dit'? Thanks a bunch.
