    I don't think طلب إليه is correct.

    The Hans Wehr 4th Edition has من هـ طَلَبَ or إلى هـ طَلَبَ as both being correct forms.
    However, based on the above, I get the impression that طلب من هـ is strongly preferred over طلب إلى هـ
