Hi guys !!! How would you say "atencion de la casa"? As if, for instance, you are the owner of a hotel and you want to receive your new guests with a good champagne, saying "Es atencion de la casa" ..
    any ideas?
    thanks!

He oído decir: on the house, para referirse a eso.
on the house = paid for by the pub, etc.

In the US hotel trade they are called "courtesies". A specific item, for example soap or champagne, would be referred to as "courtesy soap" or "courtesy champagne".
"un detalle de la casa", as they would say in Spain.

"On the house" is in the US typically used mostly for alcohol, and suggests a bar, restaurant, or casino rather than a hotel. But it is not incorrect to use it in the context of lodging.

Thanks for explaining the difference between "on the house" and "courtesy". Would it be the same in BE?

I don't know. I suspect not. This business of "courtesy" strikes me as typical North American commercial English--needlessly stilted and formal. I think "on the house" is not used because it is plain and simple and everyday, and not "classy" enough.

A first class hotel in the US will provide a tray with coffee "fixings" for a quick wake-up call in the morning, "courtesy of the hotel (or management)."
