-Hello, This is X company, who do you want to talk with?
-Mister X is in a meeting, could you call back later?
    - " " quiere que le deje una nota?
    - " do you want to make a note?
-I'll pass you through, hold on please

    Gracias

-Good morning/good afternoon/good evening... "This is X Company, how can I direct your call?" OR "....who may I connect you with?"

-Mr./Ms X is in a meeting. Would you prefer to call back later or would you like to leave a message for him/her?

-I can transfer your call to Mr./Ms X now. Please hold just a moment.

    1) (Name of Company), who do you wish to speak to? (it would be more natural and much more polite for you to say Name of Company, good morning/afternoon/evening how can I help you?)
    2) I'm afraid Mr X is in a meeting at the moment, could you call back later?
    3) Would you like to leave a message?
    4) Please hold the line, I will put you through to him/her now

    Other useful phrases

Who may I say is calling?
Mr X/Ms X is not available at the moment, but if you leave your contact details I will ask him/her to return your call as soon as he/she is free
Mr X/Ms X is on another call at the moment, could I ask you to call back in half an hour/later today?
Would you like to leave a message?
Shall I ask him/her to call you back later today?
I will let him/her know that you called
